A Meditation and Wellness Retreat with Ruth Odendaal. Ruth is an RYS 500 hrs certified yoga teacher with qualifications in Ashtanga vinyasa, kundalini, and yin yoga. She has been practising complementary and alternative medicine for 20yrs. She loves to share her passion for wellness, inspiring others and encouraging them to lead a more harmonious life.
